Finance & Compliance Manager
The Finance and Compliance Manager brings a passion for social justice and design, community engagement, deepening self-awareness, and equity-based practice. They bring their operational expertise both to the foundational administrative systems. They oversee the operations, finance, and regulatory compliance. They have a proven track record of managing organizational funds, day-to-day operations, developing organizational and programmatic budgets, and developing financial forecasting. This person is a natural multitasker who is able to wear many hats and follow through on various deliverables. They are detail-oriented and organized, and enjoy finding effective, time-saving processes for day-to-day operations. This person is excited about the leadership and strategic opportunities with OAC.
The position is remote with flexible work hours. OAC does not maintain a formal office. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience and a conversation around equity. We would ideally expect this role to work from 3-6 hours a week. This initial contract will be for a six-month period with a review period to determine the structure of the relationship after six months.
